Cottages & Ski Chalets

Depending on location, zoning, square footage, utility servicing, and the overall condition of the structure,  you may be able to mortgage a cottage or ski chalet under the guidelines of a secondary residence. For those properties that do not meet these guidelines, mortgages up to 90% will be considered.
